The hotel has an internal and external team that work together on a daily basis. There is already a positive work environment that the hotel wants to reinforce even more in order to increase the levels collaboration, motivation and involvement of the staff.

Objective |
Enhance the positive atmosphere in the hotel through improved communication, both between internal and external staff and with the hotel guests.

Scope of our collaboration |
- 1 workshop of 8 hours Experiential workshop focused on exploring and practicing key skills of effective communication, as well as applying useful concepts and tools that improve the way of working together. |
