In team engagements we work with the entire team to create the conditions and ways of working that maximize the team's performance, well-being and collective intelligence.

Team Coaching

These are highly personalized processes focused on creating united and aligned teams, with high levels of motivation, commitment and collaboration.
A comprehensive toolkit and developing key interpersonal skills allow team members to increase the quality of their every day interactions and deal with change and conflict in a much more effective way.

Processes consist of a series of team sessions,  spaced out over time, allowing teams to apply new ways of interacting and working in between.

We use advanced coaching techniques to: 

  • Facilitate the process of defining the team's collective values and common purpose and of developing a shared and meaningful vision.

  • Create interactions that promote mutual understanding, the appreciation of different opinions and the development of new ideas.

  • Identify internal resistances (beliefs, mindset, attitudes) and facilitate the development of new ways of thinking and approaching things.

  • Promote the inclusion and co-responsibility of all team members to enhance the collective intelligence.

  • Create honest and respectful conversations about the most difficult issues in order to open up new possibilities.

  • Facilitate the co-creation of new ways to interact, communicate, make decisions and manage conflict.

  • Reinforce mindsets and behaviors that create a safe environment and promote trust and growth.

  • Develop key interpersonal skills to increase cohesion and motivation.

​Assessment

We start all our projects with an initial assessment to understand the situation and the specific needs of the company.

We use different diagnostic methods, from personal interviews and questionnaires to sophisticated assessment tools.

​Work Plan

We design a work plan where we define the objectives, the areas of action, types of services and tools that we will use throughout the process.
​The workplan also includes a reasonable timeline to achieve the goals defined
.

​Execution and Evaluation

We co-lead with 2 facilitators to be able to better adapt to the needs of the team at each moment and to directly model the topics discussed.

We establish "checkpoints" throughout the project to have the possibility of adapting the work plan as we progress. We evaluate the results at the end of the project.
