Going beyond traditional competency- based approaches, The Leadership Circle Profile allows for faster and long lasting results.
The evaluation can be repeated after 18 months, to see the progress achieved. |
WorkshopsIn our workshops (in person and online) we work on mindset changes and developing key skills at a group level. Workshops are highly experiential and interactive. We use exercises that invite participants to self-discovery and the generation of their own insights. We facilitate an enriching exchange of ideas and experiences among participants allowing them to discover the topics from different angles. Furthermore, workshops are ideal for practicing new skills in a safe learning environment.
