Project Phases

Assessment

We start all our projects with an initial assessment to understand the situation and the specific needs of the company.

We use different diagnostic methods, from personal interviews and questionnaires to sophisticated assessment tools.

​Work Plan

We design a work plan where we define the objectives, the areas of action, types of services and tools that we will use.

The workplan also includes a reasonable timeline to achieve the goals defined.

Execution and Evaluation

We have an international network of collaborators which allows us to adapt to the needs and magnitude of each company in an optimal way.

We establish "checkpoints" throughout the project to have the possibility of adapting the work plan as we progress. We evaluate the results at the end of the project.
