200 emails a day, high workloads, uncertainty, and a fast pace of change are causing high levels of stress throughout the organization.
​The HR department is convinced that knowing how to deal with stress effectively is an essential skill to increase productivity in a sustainable way.

Based on new neuroscience research, this program offers revealing insights about stress and more effective and healthier strategies for dealing with stress. 
In addition, this knowledge is mixed with exercises that allow participants to experience the topics in their own skin, turning the workshop into an interactive and participatory experience.
