Executive Coaching

These are highly personalized processes, adapted to the specific needs of each person which allows working on development goals in a deep and focused way.
Processes consist of a series of individual sessions, either face-to-face or vía videoconference. Sessions are spaced out over time, leaving lots of opportunities to practice new behaviours and create new thinkging habits throughout the process.

360º Leadership evaluations

Executive coaching processes are most effective in combination with an initial 360º evaluation. The Leadership Circle Profile allows us to understand the underlying thoughts and beliefs that form a leader's strengths and limitations, revealing key aspects and development opportunities immediately. Going beyond traditional competency- based approaches, The Leadership Circle Profile allows for faster and long lasting results.
The evaluation can be repeated after 18 months, to see the progress achieved.

Workshops

In our workshops we work on mindset changes and developing key skills at a group level. Workshops are highly experiential and interactive. We use exercises that invite participants to self-discovery and the generation of their own insights. We facilitate an enriching exchange of ideas and experiences among participants allowing them to discover the topics from different angles. Furthermore, workshops are ideal for practicing new skills in a safe learning environment.
