Faced with high levels of stress and a lot of pressure to achieve objectives, the company decides to reinforce Management's leadership. After the success of the Management workshop, the same workshop is held for all teams to reinforce leadership on all levels.

Scope of our collaboration |
- 25 workshops This workshop facilitates the development of more effective ways of thinking, acting and relating through a deeper understanding of the functioning of the brain and human behavior. Understanding how our brain works and how we can use this knowledge to develop more effective strategies to be more productive, influence others, drive change, and collaborate offers a clear competitive advantage in an increasingly demanding work environment. It is a very interactive and practical workshop. We provide a set of skills, tools and knowledge that allow participants to evolve as leaders in a meaningful way and create more effective habits for managing people. It combines key insights from social neuroscience, experiential exercises and games, as well as small group reflections. |
