Context

The company's headquarters define new corporate values leading to new evaluation criteria  and objectives for the performance evaluation.

The Spanish deligation wants to train all management teams so that they can carry out performance evaluations in accordance with the new values defined.

After several conversations with the Spanish delegation, the focus is broadened so that these values are not only reflected in the annual performance evaluation but also in other professional conversations, thus facilitating the cultural change that a new set of values entails. 

Objective

Develop key skills and provide essential tools for having quality conversations focused on learning and development, whether it's everyday conversations, conflict situations or the annual performance evaluation.

2-day workshop based on team coaching methodologies for managers in Spain.
A very practical and experiential workshop with many opportunities to practice new skills and reflect in  groups on how to apply learnings in veryday life.
​
The focus is on key communication skills and abilities that create an environment of trust in conversations. Participants also learn different methods and structures on how to guide a conversation, give feedback and deal with conflict situations in a positive and constructive way in order to increase the motivation and commitment of employees, making them participate in the solution.

We provide a lot of time to practice new skills and approaches learned using different "role plays" and creating a safe environment where participants feel free to share challenges, conclusions and learnings with the rest of the group.

We also communicate the new values ​​of the company and the changes that were made in the performance evaluation, inviting the participants to reflect on how to apply these changes in their departments and realities of every day worklife.
