Creating the ground conditions for maximum team performance

In Team engagements we work together with the whole team to create the ground conditions for maximum team effectiveness and wellbeing, and to enhance their collective intelligence.

We work with

New Teams or recently formed, especially when team members are highly diverse.

Disfunctional Teams ​with toxic behaviors, low morale and low productivity.

Teams with more potential. They already work well but want to increase their performance in a sustainable way.

​Teams in change that need to evolve and adapt to new circumstances or different ways of working.

How we do it

We facilitate the process of defining the team's collective values and common purpose and of developing a shared and meaningful vision.

We create interactions that promote mutual understanding, the appreciation of different opinions and the development of new ideas.

We identify internal resistances (beliefs, midset, actidudes) and facilitate the development of new ways of thinking and approaching things.

We promote the inclusion and co-responsibility of all team members to enhance the collective intelligence.
We create honest and respectful conversations about the most difficult issues in order to open up new possibilities.

We facilitate the co-creation of new ways to interact, communicate, make decisions and manage conflict.

We reinforce mindsets and behaviors that create a safe environment and promote trust and growth.

We develop key interpersonal skills to increase cohesion and motivation.

Team Processes

We work directly with the teams and their leaders.

All processes start with a team assessment to identify the specific situation and needs of the team and to design a personalized work plan aligned with the objectives of the organization.

We co-lead with 2 facilitators to be able to better adapt to the needs of the team at each moment and to directly model the topics discussed.

Trainings

These training programs are designed for team leaders.

They focus on developing specific skills and providing a set of tools and knowledge that will allow them to maximize the performance, well-being and collective intelligence of their teams.
