The Change Team

Developing the vision. We facilitate the process of developing a clear vision that makes sense and has meaning for all stakeholders.

Aligning strategy with people. We advise on how to align people with the strategy, i.e. how to attend to basic social needs to minimize resistance and maintain motivation and "buy in" throughout the process of change.

Assessment

We start all our projects with an initial assessment to understand the situation and the specific needs of the company.

We use different diagnostic methods, from personal interviews and questionnaires to sophisticated assessment tools.

​Work Plan

We design a work plan where we define the objectives, the areas of action, types of services and tools that we will use and the timeline.

​Execution and Evaluation

We establish "checkpoints" throughout the project to have the possibility of adapting the work plan as we progress. We evaluate the results at the end of the project.
