We bring together international business experience, human insight and evidence-based methodologies to facilitate meaningful and lasting change.

Mirja Klotz is the co-founder of Responsive Leadership and specializes in leadership development. Based in Barcelona and working globally in English, Spanish, and German, she brings a deep multicultural perspective shaped by her background in business consulting and her experience living in Germany, Spain, the United States, Australia, and Thailand. Today, she supports executives and managers worldwide to broaden their thinking, strengthen their leadership mindset, and lead with greater presence, authenticity, and intention.
