Phase 1
We start by understanding
We start every project by understanding each person’s or team’s needs through conversations, questionnaires, and validated assessment tools.
We create a plan
For groups and teams, we define the objectives, session structure, and the tools we will use in advance. For individual coaching, we choose approaches in the moment, based on what best supports the client’s goals at that point in time.
Phase 2
Phase 3
We check in and evaluate
We check in regularly to ensure the process stays on track and adapt as needed. At the end, we evaluate progress through conversations or anonymous feedback.
