Challenge
A leading multinational HR services company operating in 40 countries redefined its corporate values and aligned its annual performance evaluations accordingly.
The Spanish delegation aimed to ensure that managers not only applied these values during annual evaluations but also embedded them in everyday conversations to drive cultural change across teams.
Our Collaboration
We delivered a series of 16 face-to-face workshops for 250 managers at different levels across Spain. The two-day sessions focused on communication skills that build trust, improve feedback quality, and support constructive responses to conflict and performance challenges.

Participants practiced new approaches through experiential exercises and role plays, reflecting on how to apply them in real daily interactions.
