Case Study 3

Challenge

A leading global technology company faced increasing stress, workload pressure, and multicultural complexity within its management and teams, affecting leadership effectiveness, motivation and overall performance.

Our Collaboration

We delivered a year-long series of three workshops integrating neuroscience, leadership research, and coaching methodologies to support managers and their teams handle stress and change more effectively, while improving the quality of daily interactions to strengthen performance and well-being.

  • 25 workshops

  • 120 participants

  • Management and their teams

  • Language: English

  • Format: Face-to-face

Results

As a result of this program participants:

  • adopted a shared language that helped them communicate complex concepts with clarity

  • learned practical strategies to shift from automatic, reactive thinking to more constructive approaches

  • strengthened their cultural sensitivity by understanding cultural values and challenging default assumptions

  • reframed stress as a resource for achieving goals and learned cognitive tools to use it for clearer thinking and better decision-making

  • defined concrete action steps and left motivated to apply them in their daily work

The program enhanced leadership behaviors, improved communication across multicultural teams, and supported a healthier, more resilient approach to high-pressure environments.
