Case Study 4

Challenge

In a multinational technology company, employees were experiencing high stress caused by heavy workloads, constant change, and an overwhelming volume of daily emails. The HR department sought to equip employees at all levels with new strategies for managing stress more effectively and sustaining productivity.

Our Collaboration

We delivered seven face-to-face workshops for 105 employees, integrating the latest neuroscience research on stress. Participants explored how stress affects the brain and engaged in interactive exercises to experience healthier, more effective strategies for managing pressure in real time.

  • 7 workshops

  • 105 participants

  • All levels

  • Language: English

  • Format: Face-to-face

Results

As a result of this program, participants:

  • shifted from viewing stress as harmful to seeing it as a resource for achieving goals

  • gained confidence by realising they could use stress to their advantage

  • learned four practical cognitive strategies to improve thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving under pressure

  • defined clear action steps and left motivated to apply them in their daily work

The program helped employees approach stress with a healthier mindset, strengthening resilience, performance, and overall well-being across the organisation.
