A global technology company, facing high workloads, uncertainty, and rapid change, invested in employees' physical, mental, and emotional well-being to improve performance, increase motivation, and retain talent.
Our Collaboration
We delivered a 32-hour program over three months across different departments and levels. The series of four experiential workshops integrated the latest insights from neuroscience, mindfulness, and coaching methodologies, focusing on mental resilience, emotional balance, and physical well-being to support sustainable performance.
