Challenge

A leading tech company facing high pressure, ambitious objectives, and increasing stress among employees decided to strengthen leadership capabilities across the organization. After the initial workshop proved highly successful at management level, the program was extended to all teams to build stronger relationships, increase motivation, and enhance collaboration in pursuit of business results.

Our Collaboration

We delivered 25 face-to-face workshops for 120 managers and team members. The program focused on developing more effective thinking, actions, and relationships through a deeper understanding of the brain and human behavior.

 

The workshop combined social neuroscience, experiential exercises, and group reflection to help participants evolve as leaders and build new leadership habits.

Results 

As a result of this program, participants:

  • gained insights into how the brain works and applied this knowledge to improve daily leadership behaviors

  • developed habits and strategies to optimize brain resources, strengthening productivity, decision-making, and problem-solving

  • felt motivated and confident to apply these neuroscience-based leadership practices in their day-to-day work
