Challenge
A Spanish hotel group aimed to reinforce a positive working environment, enhancing communication, collaboration, motivation, and staff involvement, both between internal and external teams and with hotel guests.
Our Collaboration
We delivered a one-day experiential workshop for 14 directors and managers focused on exploring and practicing essential communication skills. Participants applied practical tools to enhance teamwork and strengthen relationships across internal and external teams.

Results
As a result of this program, participants:

learned key communication skills and experienced their positive impact, feeling more motivated, appreciated, and less easily offended

identified effective and ineffective communication styles and understood their impact on themselves and others

gained awareness of toxic behaviors to avoid through experiential exercises

developed a shared set of skills and behaviors to implement, along with supportive follow-up practices

strengthened their ability to give and receive constructive feedback and left with a shared goal, a clear plan, and a stronger sense of alignment
