Case Study 9
Challenge
An international hotel chain with more than 570 hotels worldwide launched a new leadership program in Spain to strengthen managerial capabilities. The goal was to develop emotional intelligence as a core leadership skill, improving team interactions, boosting motivation, and supporting stronger business results.
Our Collaboration
We delivered a 35-hour training journey for 30 senior and middle managers, structured into three experiential workshops combining practice, reflection, and practical theory.
The modules focused on building foundational leadership skills, enhancing emotional intelligence in team relationships, and learning neuroscience-based strategies to motivate teams and lead with greater intention.
